Remember, if you are Argentine citizen , to embark you will have to present the following current document that can be:
· PASSPORT
· ID expended by the Federal updated Police.
· ID updated in case of 8 and 16-year-old minors.

1. The person under 18 years old will have to travel in company of his parents presenting the FAMILY NOTEBOOK or ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. If they travel by themselves or with some of them, they will have to present an AUTHORIZATION signed by a public notary or a competent judge.
2. In case that one of the parents has died, it will have to present the Record of Death along with the Birth certificate of the minor, or the Family book where both situations are registered.

3. In case of foreigners living in Argentina, they will use the same documentation as the native ones, with the exception that in case of travelling with the ID they will have to be permanent residents. In case of foreigners proceeding from countries like Oriental Republic of Uruguay, which demands VISA, they will have to travel with the passport and the consular corresponding intervention / permission.

4. For passengers travelling with vehicles, they will have to present green certificate / vehicle contract or blue certificate. In case of not being the holder of the vehicle, will have to present green certificate or vehicle contract and an authorization signed by public notary.

Also the vehicle must have all glasses recorded with the number of the licence plate, and present the Insurance of the Mercosur.

SPECIAL CASES

1. CHANGES OF THE ENTITLEMENT OF THE PASSENGER TICKETS AND CAR HOLDS, only in those cases where the ORIGINAL ticket is not refundable.
The ticket and car holds could be changed within a penalty of 30 % of retention over the original ticket; issuing a new ticket to the other person, with the same due date of the original ticket, it is an essential requirement for this change, to have the ticket's owner authorization or the agency / company.
A system or sales representative will do this procedure. At this moment, it will be done by customer service.
2. EXTENSION OF THE DUE DATE WITH THE ANNUAL RATE.
The tickets near to expire or already expired, until to maximum of 90 days, could be extend for one more year, paying a penalty of 30 % of retention over the original ticket, issuing a new ticket and always to the same name of the passenger written over the original ticket.
3. EXTENSION OF THE DUE DATES TICKETS WITH PROMOTIONAL RATE
(15 valid days from the issuing date):
The passenger who has a promotional ticket and wants to extend the due date, should buy a new ticket with an annual validity and the promotional ticket will be part of the payment, always to the same passenger of the original ticket. This procedure won?t be possible if the ticket is already expired.

TIME TABLE

In hight season you should be 2 hours before the vessel departure, with or without car hold. The terminal would be close from 00:00 to 05:30 hs., you can not be all the night there.

PETS: DOGS CATS AND BIRDS

PETC (pet in cabin), it is allowed one per trip, which also does not exceed 6kgs including the kennel
Kennel measures: it should be of rigid material, with ventilation, impermeable base and its measures: 45x35x25
The company does not provide the kennel. Pet`s bag will not be accepted

Guided dogs: They travel in the cabin without the kennel and they travel freely, showing previously the training and vaccination certificate

Important: all the animals have to present document of sales reservation, health certification, issued by the competent authority of each country.

LUGGAGE

Hand luggage: only one piece of luggage will be allowed per passenger, this piece of luggage can not contain liquids, gels, creams, sharp elements, etc.
Checked in luggage: exemption of 20kgs per passengers for adults and children and for infant 10kgs
Firearm: They can only be transported as a checked in luggage, they should be discharged and suitable packaged separated from the ammunition, which they also should be properly packaged.
Timetable of the check in presentation: 2 hours before the departure specified in the ticket
Closure of check in 20 minutes before the vessel departure
